Dr. Mary Palmer is President of Mary Palmer & Associates, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in the arts and education. She is the Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors for the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra and serves on the Boards of multiple Arts Organizations. She is a committed advocate for high quality arts education for ALL.

Mary is Professor and Dean Emerita at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Palmer is senior author of a Pre-Kindergarten through grade 8 music textbook series published by Silver Burdett Ginn and Scott Foresman. She has authored over 40 textbooks which are used worldwide.

Dr. Palmer is the Founder of Arts for a Complete Education/Florida Alliance for Arts Education.
